3. Photos & Video at Events

By attending a DriftXStance event, you understand that photo and video recording will take place. We may use event content, including images of vehicles and attendees, for social media, our website, highlight videos, and future event promotion.
If you do not wish to appear in such content, please contact us before or during the event.

We only store data for as long as necessary for event organisation.
All application data will be deleted after the event is completed (within 60–90 days).
Emails may remain in our inbox for documentation purposes but will not be used for marketing unless you have given consent.
