MEDIA APPLICATION

Application & Selection

  • Please apply through the Media Application Form on our website.

  • We will review all submissions and check your previous work, social media, or portfolio links.

  • You will receive a final response no later than 1 month before the event so you have enough time to prepare.

Requirements & Expectations

To ensure a safe and well-organised experience for everyone:

• Media spots are limited, so selection is based on experience, previous event coverage, and content style.

• Approved media will receive detailed guidelines before the event, including safety rules, track access, and shooting zones.

• Please ensure your equipment is ready for outdoor conditions and packed securely.

On Arrival

When you check in at the entrance, you will receive:

• A Media Wristband, giving you access to the designated media areas.

• A Media Vest, which must be worn at all times while shooting on or near track areas for safety and visibility.

• A short briefing or info sheet with safety rules and access guidelines.

Communication & Updates

Please make sure to check your emails regularly, as any updates or additional information regarding the event will be sent to you by email.
