CATERING APPLICATION

Application & Selection

  • Please apply through the Catering & Vendor Application Form on our website.

  • We will review all submissions and check your food concept, menu, setup details, photos, and social media links.

  • All accepted vendors will be contacted with full event details 3 months in advance to ensure enough time for preparation and logistics.

Requirements & Expectations

To ensure a smooth and well-organised vendor experience:

  • Vendor spots are limited, and selection is based on concept quality, variety, presentation, and suitability for the event.

  • You must provide all equipment for your stand (truck, tent, tables, power setup, etc.).

  • Please inform us in the application if you require electricity, water, or extra space.

  • Vendors must follow all local food safety and hygiene regulations.

  • Your setup must be stable, weather-resistant, and safe for visitors.

Waste & Clean-up:

  • You must bring your own waste bins for your food truck or stand.

  • Full waste disposal at the event location will be available at the end of the event.

Alcohol Sales:

  • If you plan to sell alcoholic beverages, you must clearly state this in your application.

  • Additional permits or requirements may apply.

  • Drinks – Non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, coffee, tea, energy drinks, etc.

On Arrival

When you check in at the entrance, you will receive:

  • Your assigned vending location and setup instructions

  • A short briefing with safety rules, opening hours, and breakdown procedures

Communication & Updates

Please make sure to check your emails regularly, as any updates or additional information regarding the event will be sent to you by email.
